  • If I see a product I like but I'd like it in a different color, can I get it customized?"
    Some products (not all) are customizable when it comes to colors. If you don't see what you are looking for, please send an email to for more options.
  • Will the colors on my screen match the product color in person?
    Color settings on various devices and screens can differ a great deal. We are unable to accept returns of printed goods due to coloration. ​​ If for some reason you do not like the colors you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a discounted reorder.
  • Where can I find pricing?
    Pricing is located on the top right hand side of each product page. Just be sure to click all desired options as prices vary for different options. The discount bulk prices are listed at the bottom right of each product page, under "Buy More, Save More." **The bulk prices will not reflect the discount until quantity is entered!**
  • Why is the price changing when I select different options?
    Options that require an additional fee will modify the product price that you see on the top right. For example, if you would like paint or stain upgrade, the price will reflect that upgrade once selected.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    At the time of checkout.
  • What happens if I need to order additional items?
    More items can be ordered if in stock. We highly recommend creating a sign-in for our website so you can refer back to your past orders if needed.
  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. After orders are processed, shipping will take about 5-7 days. Holidays and busy seasons can slow down shipping times. If you are concerned with the shipping timeline, please contact us for advice and information. **Some items require more lead time and it will be stated on the product page** **Please be aware that the USPS is projecting shipping delays for the 2020 holiday due to the COVID-19 pandemic, PLEASE ORDER EARLY FOR CHRISTMAS!**
  • I live near Newtown Square, I have to still pay for shipping or can I pickup?"
    YES! If you are near us, zip code 19073 we welcome you to pickup your order once it is processed. You will recieve an email when your order is ready and we will need an estimated arrival time for pickup. Please be aware you will be on camera at pickup so smile :)
  • How can I order more of an item than the noted quanity?
    If we don't have the amount that you need, contact us. We most likely can make or order what we need to fulfill that order. Please be aware that some items wll have a limited run, once we are out, we are out.
