Cancellations and Returns

COLOR VARIATIONS

Color settings on various devices and screens can differ a great deal.  We are unable to accept returns of due to coloration. 

If for some reason you do not like the colors you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a discounted reorder.

PERSONALIZATION

If ordering personalized products, please enter the personalization EXACTLY how you would like it to appear.  

All personalization will be copied directly from your entry.  So PLEASE TRIPLE check your entries.  

ERRORS

We cannot accept returns due to errors when entering personalization incorrectly on your end.  Spelling should always be double checked before placing the order.

Should you find an error on your item, please contact us.  If your item does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will work to fix the issue.

CANCELING & RETURNS

 

Once your order is placed and payment is submitted, it is difficult to stop the ordering process.  If you should need to cancel or make a change after submission, please contact us immediately.  We may be able to cancel the order, however that is not guarantee.  If your order has already been created, we will not be able to cancel nor refund the order.

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we will work to fix the issue.  We cannot accept returns due to errors when entering personalization incorrectly on your end.  

SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the US.  Orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days.  After orders are complete shipping will take about 5-7 days.  Holidays and busy seasons can slow down shipping times.  If you are concerned with the shipping timeline, please contact us for advice and information.  

Tracking information will be emailed once available.  We ask that packages be opened the same day as delivery and inspected for quality.  Please contact us immediately if their is an issue.  If we don't hear from you, we assume "No news, is good news!"

RUSH SHIPPING

Rush shipping is available for all orders however large scale items may not have rush shipping available.  Please contact us with questions.

Rush Options- Rates depend on order size and weight, please contact us so we can assist with your timeline.
